Sharon Ronan Photography offers a variety of comprehensive, all inclusive packages, or alternatively a bespoke quotation can be tailored to suit your budget

As I am a professionally qualified member of the prestigious British Institute of Professional Photography you can find out more about me and the qualification I hold on their website (www.bipp.com).

As a rough guide to how I work, as soon as I take a new booking I ask clients to complete a 'Wedding Photography Planner'. This gives you the peace of mind of knowing that you've told me everything about how you'd like your wedding photography to be. From whom you'd like in group photographs, to all the relevant contact and venue details, timings and any ideas you may have for specific photographs. And it also includes some great tips too! I then send you a confirmation letter and contract in the post.

At sometime during the autumn or winter we arrange a complimentary pre wedding portrait session so that you can practice what it feels like to be in front of the camera and feel relaxed with me on the big day! It also gives us the opportunity to wander around your venue and talk through your wedding plans, or alternatively you may choose to have this photo session in the studio.

On the wedding day, depending upon the package chosen, I usually start with some stylish and fun photos of the girls getting ready. Nothing unflattering, just beautiful images capturing the excitement of the wedding morning. All the special details such as the perfume, jewellery, shoes, flowers, the dress, champagne and the giggles. I then capture the groom, the best man and the ushers at the venue… the rings, the cufflinks, the buttonholes, the order of service, and the nervous expressions. I also get some great reportage shots of the guests arriving... lots of kisses and smiles, and last minute arrivals!

Working alongside the wedding officiant, I take all the usual shots of the ceremony, as well as beautiful unusual images using a variety of lenses to capture every detail.

During the champagne reception I whisk you both away for a short time, so that we can capture stylish and relaxed portrait shots without an audience. We then take as many group shots as you've requested, and any others you may remember on the day. Then it's your time to relax with your guests while I unobtrusively capture the smiles, the laughter, the rekindled friendships, the long lost relatives, the flower girls playing.

I shoot hundreds of spontaneous reportage photos of you and your guests throughout the day, most of which you won't even know I'm taking. As well as capturing all the fine detail... the tables, the flowers, the table plan, all the beautiful finishing touches that you've spent hours choosing and wouldn't want to be forgotten. The details that a female photographer would truly appreciate!

Your photos will be displayed in a password controlled online album (with slideshow and guestbook) when you return from honeymoon. Reprints and framed prints can be purchased online. Your guests can even digitally view their photos within their chosen frame before purchasing. Password access information cards will be distributed to your guests on your wedding day to save you having to let everyone know the details. The online album will go live the day after you return from your honeymoon, and initially you will have a completely private password to ensure that you get to view your photographs before your guests.

If you choose an album package, your album will be designed using your choice of photographs and will be supplied by one of the finest bespoke album makers in the world. You'll truly treasure the memories it evokes and the story it tells. The high resolution personalised laser etched CD will contain all the images shown in the online album (not just the photos selected for your album), ready for you to print, with full print rights.

A variety of images will be enhanced, or manipulated to produce photos that become beautiful works of art, but the standard colour version will also be supplied. All photos are supplied after post production is completed, therefore anything you wouldn't want in your photographs (such as fire exit signs) will have been removed.

Using a top of the range Canon camera, every photograph is simultaneously written to two professional quality memory cards, giving you the peace of mind of instantaneous back up of all those precious memories.... as well as a second set of equipment to cover all eventualities.
